Evening skiing DAILY from 17.30 - 21.00 hr. from 26.12.2012  - 10.03.2013.  From 11.03.2013 : Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 17.30 - 21.00 hr.

Price list instruction

If a ski-pass is used over two parts of a season (high/low) the price that was valid on the day of purchase applies.

• 8 selected hours - during the whole winter season, the client may select any eight hours he would like to ski at our centre. Every hour that is commenced counts and the client may use any of our ski lifts. The validity of the ski-pass terminates after all eight hours of skiing have been taken, or upon termination of the 2012/2013 winter season. Ski-passes are valid from the first time of passing through the turnstile, not from the time of sale !
• special 3-day ski pass / with photo / client can use this kind of ticket at stated times from Monday to Thursday, the day may not immediately follow each other. Dates are listed in the price list. Pass rate is the same for all ages.
  
•  For security reasons 3- and more day ski passes and season skipass will only be issued with a photograph of the ski pass holder and are made directly at the cash desk. All ski passes are non-transferable!!! If a ski-pass is used over two parts of a season (high/low) the price that was valid on the day of purchase applies.
• Use only ski passes purchased from official sales points in the resorts when using transport systems. Tickets obtained or bought from other persons (double use) are invalid and will be BLOCKED!
• Only evening, 5 days and more days, 8 hours ticket and season ski passes are valid for evening skiing.
• During “Spring skiing”, multi day ski passes are valid on any days, i.e. it is not necessary to use the ticket on consecutive days.
• Only tickets bought for the bobsleigh run are valid on the run. All ski passes including season tickets are INVALID on the bobsleigh run!
• No replacement ski pass will be offered in the event of loss or left behind ski pass.
• No additional exchange, extension or amendment to ski pass validity is possible.
• No refund or ski pass extension is provided in the event of bad weather, avalanche danger, blocked downhill runs or earlier departure.
• Clients found with no ticket or without a valid ticket will be fined to the value of a one day ski pass plus a 100% fee on top.
• ATTENTION: It is necessary to submit the relevant medical report from the doctor to receive a  refund on your ticket. The refund will equal the amount from the time of the injury to the end of validity of the relevant ski pass. Monetary refunds provides at more day skipasses . 
  In case the validity of skipasses passes through two parts of ski season is not calculated a mixed price of skipass, price paid in a date of purchase.
• Ski pass validity as a rule begins on the day they are issued. By request it is possible without any fee to have a ski pass issued with a defined date of validity in the season. Validity of multi-day ski passes is always on consecutive days with the exception of 5/7 and 10 and 15 days in the season. 
• With the introduction of the SKIDATA non-contact control system all ski passes are issued as chip cards. Deposit on the chip card is 2 EUR. After skiing, the chip cards can be returned during opening hours to the resort cash desks,to the information centre RačaTik, hotels, buffets and pensions in Oščadnica, at chip card machines located around the resort. The deposit will be returned only on UNDAMAGED and fully FUNCTIONAL chip cards!!!
• WARNING from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. the SKI SLOPES are CLOSED! There is the risk of injury from snow cannon cables and from the machines preparing the slopes mainly when they have to use cables to move up and down the slopes! (If there is evening skiing on the slope, access is permitted from 5:20 - 9:15 p.m.)
• Transport users are bound to adhere to the conditions set out in the transport regulations, price list, White Codex and respect the instructions of the operator’s authorised personnel. A contract of carriage is concluded when the user applies their right to carriage upon purchasing a  transport ticket and enters the transport facility or enters the entry or exit areas – accessible only with a valid travel document. Upon concluding this contract the user confirms that they have acquainted themselves with the transport regulations, price list and White Codex.
• Please monitor real-time announcements displayed at ski pass purchase points and when entering transport systems in the resort.
• The operator has the right to change prices.

DISCOUNTS

• Children's ski passes can only be used by children aged 6 to 12, born between 1.1.2001 and 31.12.2006 
• JUNIOR tariff can be used by persons: - born between 1.1.1995 – 31.12.2000 (i.e. from 13 – 18 years of age), - senior citizens – persons born before 31.12.1952 - EURO<26, GO<26, ISIC and ITIC card holders. These ski passes are issued to a person providing both full name and photo. - ZŤP – it is necessary to provide ZŤP ID card.
• Free travel: children younger than 6, i.e. born after 1.1.2007 (it is necessary to provide some form of reliable ID that shows name, surname, date of birth which has been officially stamped – passport, health ID card).
• When purchasing a  children’s tariff ski pass either a valid health ID, personal ID, passport or other form of identification must be produced without asking. Please adhere to these regulations because cash desk personnel cannot make any exceptions to them. 
• Group discount. A group is understood to be at least 20 persons. When purchasing identical tickets we offer either 5% discount. We require a list of names, stamped and signed.
• Group tickets are bought and paid for by one person (group leader).
• Other discounts are only available following agreement with the resort manager. 
• Discount for guests with paid for accommodation on 3 day and on 6 day ski passes in privats and pensions on www.velkaraca.sk and www.snowparadise.sk. Discounts on these two types of ski pass are offered to holders of  a  “ voucher” which the holder receives from contract partner accommodation facilities. The discount if offered against the actual price in our price list. This voucher  is issued against a name and is only valid for the paid length of stay of the holder.
• When using discount tickets or ski passes issued on a name and photograph it is necessary to show when requested by resort personnel a valid form of personal ID. Ski passes used by persons other than the legal pass holder shall be confiscated and no reimbursement will be offered.
• Discounted ski passes issued against EURO<26, GO<26, ISIC and ITIC cards are only valid when used in conjunction with one of the aforementioned cards. When requested by resort personnel it is necessary to show the relevant card.
• In the event of a  discounted ski pass being misused the operator is authorised to confiscate the ticket!
• Discounts DO NOT ACCUMULATE! 

KEYCARD – ski pass – wear it on your left side, even better in a jacket pocket, so it can be easily shown upon demand to our operating  personnel. It is not advised to have your chip card near a mobile phone as the coded ski pass type can easily be erased and there is no right to the repeat free of charge reloading of info. It is not necessary to 
take out the ski pass when going through the turnstile.

ADVANCE SKI PASS SALE
Ski passes can be purchased in advance via the website  www.velkaraca.sk and  www.snowparadise.sk from  15.10.2012.
