Skiing runs
The international ski resort Snow Paradise Veľká Rača Oščadnica is located in the Kysucké Beskydy mountains in the Kysuce region. Its location makes it ideal not only for domestic visitors but also from the Czech Republic and Poland and access to the resort is easy and problem free even in deepest winter. The biggest plus of the resort is its area and the fact that there are actually three ski localities, Dedovka, Marguška a Lalíky, all handily connected to each other. There are ski slopes of all degrees of difficulty making it ideal for skiers of all abilities from absolute beginner right up to the most demanding expert. In addition there lots of services on offer, from ski schools, kids ski school, ski storage, ski service, ski rental, and a sport shop. To add some spice to your skiing trip rent out a skifox or get an adrenaline buzz on the toboggan run which is without doubt the resort’s biggest attraction. It goes without saying that we also offer evening skiing at the resort.
We offer nearly 14 km of regularly manicured slopes all of which are equipped with snow cannon to provide artificial snow. Number of slopes: 13, of which 7 are blue (easy), 4 red (medium), 2 black (difficult). Cross-country skiers also come into their own because we also have cross-country trails at your disposal – Health Trail offers 1, 3 and 5 km lengths. Access to the marked tracks is by the upper chairlift station in Dedovka.
There is also Ski Rescue Service in the resort which is manned by top professionals.
